The line consists of JKLP-3 Automatic unscrambler.JKGT-5 Filling and screw capping machine, JKDL Cupping machine and JKLT Verticaladhesive labeling machine.
The line has function of automatic unscrambling, filling and capping,cupping and labeling.lt is suitable for pharmaceutical syrup production, and also for 5-300ml round plastic bottle unscrambling,filling and capping, and labeling, etc.Can select JKLB Aluminum foil sealing machine as option.

JKLP-3 Automatic unscrambler organize disordered bottle, it can continueously feed bottle, turn bottle and transfer bottle. The unscrambling successrate is high.
JKGT-5 Filling and screw capping machine adopts servo system+ stainless steel pump filling, the filling speed can be adjusted, and the filling is gental to prevent from liquid leak and reduce bubble.Screw capping has flip unit, do not hurt cap.The bottle feeding is driven on module by the synchronous belt, it is easy for the replacement of format.
JKDL Cupping machine has high ratio of putting the cup, it is stable to press the cup and it is easy for the replacement of format.
JKLT Vertical adhesive labeling machine adopts servo motor driving,clear coding,and easy replacement of of letter, and high quality of labeling.
